We wanted to create a beautiful place where we and others could come and get lost in time, to enjoy a one-of-a-kind and compelling shopping experience, to be enticed by the aroma, listen to soft music from places in our memory and admire furniture and décor from faraway places made by creative minds,

artists and craftsmen. So we created Few and Far with an emphasis on sourcing and importing our own pieces.

TRAVEL TALES "The one where got sent to the dump room . . . "

Walking into that showroom was the dream—until we asked about minimums. We were small buyers in a world of giants. The gap wasn't even in the same universe.

So, they took us to the 'dump room.'

It was chaotic, unglamorous, and sweltering. But in that heat, we found something better than a mass-order: we found pieces with a story to tell. We found the "one-of-a-kind" soul that became the very heartbeat of Few & Far.

TRAVEL TALES "The one where we arrived with a suitcase full of muesli bars."

Everyone warned us. The water, the street food, the salad—basically everything that looked delicious. We were genuinely prepared to survive on muesli bars for two weeks just to stay safe.

I think we lasted one meal.

Because the food in India is extraordinary. It’s vibrant, it’s soulful, and it’s a lesson in leaving your expectations at the boarding gate.
