Well it's been quite the journey (no pun intended)
Since my dad passed in June 2025 I have gone on leave from my job and been with my mum 5 days a week. She needs extra help at home and it's with a heavy heart I find myself in a position where I can't manage everything right now.
AND THATS OK.
All my dad ever wanted was mum to be safe and it's my honour to care for her. I mean, why become a nurse and not wrap your mum up in love and care if you can?
Journey has always been something dad was incredibly proud of, and I know it's the right thing for me to concentrate on mum and those gorgeous grandies of ours.. it's time to create a life for mum filled with love, fun and to celebrate her ahhhhmazing achievements with her every day. He would want her to get the best. Journey will be there. Because I am. I'm not going anywhere.
So.. I'll be closing our website this week. I'll still play shops on the weekends, as time permits. I know it'll be there when I get back.
Please put out as much as love for mum and my family as you can.. we're all missing dad so much.
