Advice for eCommerce businesses:

We recently had to part ways with a marketing company that no longer aligned with our brand values and direction. It’s never an easy call, but protecting your brand identity and most importantly your identity has to come first.

Big takeaway: do your due diligence. Google reviews and independent review platforms offer real insight from both past and present customers—look beyond the stars and pay attention to consistent feedback.

The partners you choose can shape your business more than you think, so choose carefully.

Due to legal obligations, we can’t name the business — but we can offer advice to help protect you.

✅ Before buying a clothesline online, always call the phone number listed on the website
Ask a simple but important question:
👉 “What is your current waiting time?”

If you can’t get through, don’t get a clear answer, or something feels off — it’s best to pause and ask more questions before purchasing.

We’ve spoken to many people who have been caught out, and we’d hate for others to experience the same thing.
