WE’RE HIRING! 👋
We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Specialist to join our team at Andersens Inverell.
Now, we know “sales role” isn’t always the first thing people get excited about… 😂
But here’s the thing — we do sales a little differently.
Your role will be all about looking after our customers from start to finish — from the first enquiry, through product selection and quoting, right through to scheduling, installation and making sure everything finishes on a high.
And yes, it’s busy.
Some days you're quoting, some days you're out measuring, some days you're juggling customers, phone calls and a dozen things happening at once.
It can feel a little like a washing machine. 🔄
So we’re looking for someone who doesn't hate that part of it — we’re looking for someone who thrives on it.
Someone who is:

You don't need to know everything about flooring or window furnishings on day one. We can teach you the products.
What we can't teach is drive, attitude and the desire to do a great job.
