Now this Thermomix Demo was definitely a wild one!!! 😝🤣🥰

I had the privilege of spending an evening with the infamous Mahon family of Pine Mountain last month (apologies for late post 🤪).
This would be without a doubt the longest, noisiest, funniest, and most heart warming demo in history! 🤣 🥰
And because we were on a lime farm…….. of course the intuitive Thermie was asked to look up and mix up a Tequila recipe on her Cookidoo files. She did NOT disappoint!!! 🤩👏👏 🍸 🍋

Our menu for this demo included:
🥔 Potato and leek soup
🐟 Salmon veloute
🍄 Mushroom risotto
🧄 Rosemary and garlic focaccia
And…… the famous Thermomix CUSTARD!! 🍮 😋 🤤

Brazilian Cheesy Puffs!!!! 🤩🌟🌟

Fluffy…… Crunchy……..Chewy 🤤 😋

A great GF alternative to dip into any meal.
Tonight’s leftover concoction is based on the Tandoori Paste, which is just ‘out of this world’ delicious!!! The fragrance in my kitchen right now is devine 🥰
I then slow cooked lamb, sweet potato and cauliflower to make a thick and creamy curry.
Luckily there will be enough for a freebie dinner for later in the week. 🥳🤩

Hands down, the WARM UP function on Thermie is out of this world!! 🤩🥰
In order to reheat food, all you need to do is select the ‘warm up’ function, select the desired temperature and turn the k**b to start 💥
Thermie will intuitively heat until the desired temperature is reached! Taking the guess work out and giving your brain a break from another decision 😝😂⭐️👏👏
