🟡 Today is R U OK? Day 🟡

A reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference.

Checking in with a student, colleague or friend can help someone feel connected and supported.

Whether it’s about bullying behaviours, school pressures or something else. Asking “Are you OK?” is a good place to start.

If you're not sure how to ask or what to say, this guide can help 👉 https://www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask

Let’s keep creating school communities where everyone feels like they belong.
