Wow! Joy comes in all forms. Today we decided to have lunch at the Coffee Emporium at Warrawong Plaza. We gave our order whilst looking down at the menu rather than at the waiter and then he spoke! Imagine how we felt to see a former EFL student! He and his beautiful wife owned the restaurant. The food was scrumptious and other patrons told us it was their favourite restaurant because the staff were fabulous and the food always outstanding! We had last seen them before they left for work in the country eight years ago.

Reminds me of the Mar’s bar slice.

~ CHOCOLATE SNICKERS CAKE ~
Ingredients:
250g melted butter, slightly cooled
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 ½ cup plain flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup of coconut
¾ cup sifted cocoa
