A little brunch this morning.....Corn fritters. 😋🌽🌽

Served with some cute ⭐ hash browns, smashed avocado 🥑 and Chorizo. 🤎

About last night's dinner.....😋

Dumpling lasagna.🤎🥟

I made dumpling wrappers easy with only 2 ingredients.

Then followed Skinnymixers free recipe. Mez's Dumpling lasagna - lots of veggies , used my homemade oyster free sauce.
Steamed in the Varoma.
No need for folding, so lots of time saved. ⏳

Served with some of the leftover dumpling & noodles stir fried in wok & Bok Choy. 🥬💚

🧡🌯 Tandoori chicken wraps.🧡🌯

Delicious easy dinner tonight.
I marinated the chicken last night with some tandoori paste & yoghurt.
Cooked that on the BBQ whilst I made some tortillas up & a garlic yoghurt mayo/sauce. 😋

Served with cheese & lettuce/spinach. 💚

Homemade Tandoori paste - No preservatives, cost less then a store bought jar & you know what's in it. 🙌🏼🧡

Homemade Tortillas - Only 4 ingredients ( well unless you include water . Then 5 ! 😉)
Took me 20 mins to make.

Garlic yoghurt sauce - using homemade mayo - again no preservatives & takes less than 5 mins to make. 🙌🏼
