Fruity dream is a mousse type soft serve ice cream made in minutes...with only 3 ingredients - egg white, sugar and frozen fruit. 👏🏼🧡🥭

Use any frozen fruit , less sugar or no sugar and make it vegan with a frozen banana 🍌, instead of egg white.

I've got some sad looking Zucchinis and pork mince in the fridge so AI has helped me decide what I can use them for. 👏🏼

So easy to make, they do take about 3 hours but your first bite into these fluffy, sticky treats is worth the wait.🤎🤤

You sure can my son.
Sushi rice cooked in veggie stock. 💚
Fresh Japanese mayo.🤍
Made into sandwich sushi as easy to eat at the beach. 🏖️

Then I steamed & shredded some chicken, mixed it with some teriyaki sauce that I had in the fridge.
Hubby's lunch sorted. 🤎

It's been a bit busy over here.....working and birthdays. 🥳

George's 10th birthday last week called for cake 🎂 and a special requested birthday dinner. 🤎

Cake a Cookidoo vanilla sponge cake , filled with homemade blueberry 🫐 jam. 😋
Topped with buttercream & fun decoration. 🎂💙

Then I did pulled pork, homemade bread rolls, coleslaw, browned onions & coleslaw. 😋😋

A birthday meal that was perfect for my 10 year old baby. 🥳🎂💙

Lunches for Hubby & kids sorted this week. 💚🤎

Mini pizzas - George helped cut out the dough, spread the homemade tomato sauce & cheese. Then spread some fresh pesto & cheese. 🍕

Then steamed some chicken, shredded it & mixed some homemade teriyaki sauce through.
Cooked some Sushi rice 🍚, Make some Japanese mayo = Delicious Chicken teriyaki bowls.

Perfect Asian chicken noodle soup tonight.💚💚

Banish all the unwanted germs away ! 👋🏼😷

Blitz garlic, spring onions & ginger. 🧄🫚

Mix the other ingredients including Soy, chicken stock paste.

Pour over a whole chicken & slow cook for 6 hours.

Chicken just falls apart , pour soup over some noodles & add corn. 🍜🌽 Delicious.🤤
