A rug that tells an ancient story.

This piece is a retelling of The Conference of the Birds, a 12th-century Persian poem in which all the birds of the world gather to choose their leader.

After a long debate, they settled on the mythical Simorgh, a wise, all-knowing creature said to live at the edge of the universe.

Every motif here is a bird. Every bird is part of the conversation.

An Afghan Belgique of exceptional quality, hand-knotted with such a high knot count that it feels silky underfoot and is built to last generations.

The "broken branch" design is quietly symmetrical, making it as easy to style as it is rare to find.
