Dinner ready BEFORE school pick-up... who even am I?! 😂🙀

I don't think this has ever happened before... but today I was organised enough to have dinner cooked by 2:30pm! 🎉

We've got a busy afternoon out of the house, so I decided to make life easy and let the Thermomix do the hard work early.

Tonight's dinner is chicken, spinach & leek risotto (I swapped the leek for onion 😋).

One of the things I'm most excited to test is how well it holds its temperature. It'll be sitting in the Thermomix bowl for around 3–4 hours, so when we get home I'll check how hot it still is and report back! 👀

Homemade lasagne... with bought garlic bread. 😅🍝🧄

Can we all agree that not everything has to be homemade?

Tonight's dinner was a rich, cheesy lasagne made from scratch in my Thermomix, while the garlic bread came straight from the supermarket freezer. And honestly... nobody complained! 😂

One of the things I love most about my Thermomix is that it gives me the time and energy to make the parts that matter most to me, without feeling like I have to do everything myself.

Progress over perfection. Homemade where it counts, shortcuts where they help. ❤️
