We're excited to announce that tickets for the Huon Valley Medieval Festival & Renaissance Fair are now available!

After listening to community feedback and reviewing our plans, we've made the decision to remove the staggered entry system. This means you are now free to arrive at any time during your chosen day, giving you greater flexibility to enjoy the festival at your own pace.

As a result, there may be slightly longer wait times for the shuttle bus during peak arrival periods, particularly in the morning. However, we anticipate any delays will be minimal, and our team will be working hard to keep everything running smoothly throughout the weekend.

♿ Accessibility & Drop-Off Information

While general event parking will be off-site with shuttle bus transport to and from the festival grounds, we have taken accessibility into consideration.

A designated drop-off area will be available at the festival entrance for elderly patrons, families with young children, people with disabilities, and anyone who may require easier access to the event. Drivers will be able to safely drop passengers at the gate before proceeding to the parking area and returning via the shuttle service.

We're committed to making the festival as accessible and enjoyable as possible and appreciate everyone's feedback as we've worked through the logistics of hosting the event.

With live entertainment, medieval displays, interactive activities, market stalls, family-friendly attractions, and the vast majority of children's activities included FREE with entry, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Tickets to the Huon Valley Medieval Fest & Ren Fair shall be released unto the realm this Sunday at 5:30pm!

Make haste, good folk — tickets are limited and entry times staggered by decree. Once they’re gone, the gates are shut!

Don thy finest garb and join the revelry at Castle Forbes Bay Recreation Grounds for a weekend of merriment and mayhem:

August 6th & 7th Feast nights! Limited seats for an epic banquet. Details anon.
August 8th & 9th Festival days, 10am to 4:30pm

Tasfaire at Ross will be back this year! After a huge inaugural event in April 2025, TasPop is bringing the wonder and whimsy back to the gorgeous little township of Ross, Tasmania. If you kicked yourself for missing it last year, or even if you were part of that memorable day, make sure you are following Taspop on Facebook and Instagram for ticket and vendor information as it comes out.

Couldn't make it to Taspop North 2026 - Henshin this weekend to see our early announcement? That's okay we have you covered.

Ever since our first ever TasFaire over a year ago we have had so many comments and questions asked if we are doing it again and when or where it will be.

So with that said let us answer these questions we have been getting!

1) Are you doing TasFaire again?
Yes we are!!

2) When is TasFaire going to happen?
The 21st and 22nd of November 2026!!

3) Where is TasFaire 2026 going to be held?
TasFaire 2026 will be held in the same place as TasFaire 2025, Ross Village in Tasmania!!

If you are interested in vending at TasFaire we will have some more information for you soon, but for now please be patient and if you see anyone other than the TasFaire and Taspop pages advertising tables are available, please be aware this is a scam.

I’m in Adelaide for my first event here. This is my city of birth and while I was raised and have lived in Tassie all my life, there’s something special about being here with my little business. Thank you to family who have supported, accommodated and fed me while I’m here. And to my brother who will be my helper during the weekend! Thank you and congratulations to and his incredible team! Years of hard work went into this event and it truly paid off. It was incredible to see so many amazing people embracing the whimsical atmosphere with costumes and trinket trading. And, of course, the support for vendors was staggering! Thank you so much to everyone who stopped, looked, complimented and purchased. Your support means everything. It was so nice to meet some Tassie people in the crowds who had made it over along with my market fam: .save.creations .alt.3d .alchemy WE DID IT! Wishing everyone from the fair a smooth pack down and safe journey home. Can’t wait to see what comes next!

There are 12 Tassie vendors who have made their way to in the Yarra Valley. We’ve worked hard to prepare and to journey here for an event we’re all so excited for. And we finally get to meet all the other wonderful, colourful people of Valendor when the gates open at 10am tomorrow morning! You’ll find us all in the Goblin Bazaar!
