This dish is a flavour burst in it’s self, delicious. I found this recipe in the latest Skinnymixers cookbook Skinnyasia 2. It is called Pad Kra Pao, very quick to prepare and make in your Thermomix.

Sticky Date pudding and a loaf of sourdough was on the menu and what a delicious treat it was. Sticky date pudding is so easy to make in a thermomix as it does all the work for you including the caramel sauce it is smothered in…..yummm

I had a lot of sour cream to use up and I wanted to make a quick snack so I chose Classic Flammkuchen. This is really nice for a change from tomato based. I actually had some left over roast chicken so I added that and used my homemade pizza spice on top plus some mozzarella I needed to use also. Love how when you have a thermomix you can mix it up to suit your pantry and fridge at a moments notice. I have included recipe below

Crustless Ham Tomato and Spinach quiche definitely hit the spot. This recipe comes from Dinners 3 in Skinnymixers collection. This dish was so easy to whip up in Thermomix and perfect when you just need a little dish for lunch or a light dinner. This version is a much healthier one as it doesn’t use cream.

Farmhouse vegetable bake was delicious and very simple to make using my thermomix to mix the perfect sauce and spice mix to coat my roast vegetables. This recipe was actually a Skinnymixers recipe so I cannot share but it is another recipe that accompanied a main. The best part about this recipe is you are not standing making sure the sauce doesn’t stick to a saucepan or there are lumps in it, just pop in thermomix and press the button do another job while it is cooking.

I thought I would try something different today. I bought some kumquats and gave kumquat curd ago and I can definitely say it was so delicious. Curd whether it is using lemons, oranges, lime etc it sure makes it very easy with a thermomix. I got this recipe off GpTchat just message me and I will pass it on to you

I made this as a dip with cheeses and crackers and I was pleasantly impressed with how well this recipe panned out. Not only was it really delicious, it also was so smooth on the palette. I have included the recipe below for you to try. I actually did not have goats cheese and replaced it with marinated feta which worked out perfectly.
