Farmhouse vegetable bake was delicious and very simple to make using my thermomix to mix the perfect sauce and spice mix to coat my roast vegetables. This recipe was actually a Skinnymixers recipe so I cannot share but it is another recipe that accompanied a main. The best part about this recipe is you are not standing making sure the sauce doesn’t stick to a saucepan or there are lumps in it, just pop in thermomix and press the button do another job while it is cooking.

I thought I would try something different today. I bought some kumquats and gave kumquat curd ago and I can definitely say it was so delicious. Curd whether it is using lemons, oranges, lime etc it sure makes it very easy with a thermomix. I got this recipe off GpTchat just message me and I will pass it on to you

I made this as a dip with cheeses and crackers and I was pleasantly impressed with how well this recipe panned out. Not only was it really delicious, it also was so smooth on the palette. I have included the recipe below for you to try. I actually did not have goats cheese and replaced it with marinated feta which worked out perfectly.

This was a combination of things I made last night for dessert. The tart is Key Lime, meringues and strawberry coulis. All made in my thermomix very easily. I had egg whites left over from Key Lime Pie which was just perfect for the little meringues. The recipe I used for meringues was actually to make meringue ghosts, I just used a piping bag and piped out the design I wanted. I used all cookidoo recipes which I will include below

Creamy Tuscan Prawns was a definite hit in our house. I made the Tuscan spice, cooked the whole meal including the spaghetti in my Themomix. I only had one bowl to clean and my thermomix even cleaned its self. This recipe came from the Dinners edition of Skinnymixers recipe book collection. The recipe was actually creamy Tuscan chicken but I replaced the chicken with prawns and decreased the cooking time by half as the prawns cook quicker.

Risotto has never been easier to make when you have a thermomix, no more stirring over the stove just pop your ingredients in when directed press the button and boom Risotto is ready. This Bacon and Cabbage risotto was so delicious, I actually did not have enough shallots so I substituted with eshollots instead and wow what a great idea that was. I chose to fry up some mushrooms in za’atar spice which I also made in my thermomix and butter which I have included the recipe below also as well as the risotto. I topped this off with a piece of delicious sourdough too.

I had oranges to use up so I typed it into the search bar of my thermomix and found this very delicious Orange Sponge Cake. This cake is so soft and tasty to the palette, definitely a make again cake. This cake was effortless to make, you could definitely do a lot more with it like put a lovely cream cheese frosting and that would bring it to next level. I have included the recipe below.
