Worth the read read, not a copy paste post just something from my mind.
So much beauty in the experienc of tasting a kitkat.
Here is a funny story of what happend on the first time I went to kitkat club berlin 29/8/2023
Quick prequel, There is a funky dress code enable for you to be accepted in, this helps try maintaine a more diverse fluffy crowed rather than having a venue the same old outfits Of leather fishnets.
We went opshopping the day of thr event and spent roughly €50 for our costume/outfits each being Ant Masters and i, this is a short price to pay for such a life changing experience.
We arrive out the front of the club and went to go buy a pouch of to***co across the road. there were some others Australians sitting out front of the shop us noticing their accents we naturally said the typical aussie sentence "how's it going mate, aussies?"
After a little chitchat they then explained how they sadly didn't get let in, one of their friends later joined the group and made a comment on our clothes and asked if we would usually wear stuff like this back home at our doofs, personally it's not something I do often getting all dressed up my motto is being comfortable over style, it's even better when you can get both at the same time!!
As you can see in the photo I was wearing some leather collar with a strap and hook, he began to ask if we knew what the boltie bridge was in Melbourne and proceeds to explain the he would rather hang himself from that collar from the bridge than wear my outfit, which really caught me off guard.
Thankfully his friends didn't share the same opinion and when I replied with "really that's a shame bro because as you can see you're the one sitting out here in the cold asking where you can now go and dance on a Tuesday night at 1am" (technically a wednesday) while I'm going to walk straight in and experience the magical place of kitkat Berlin
I felt sorry that he felt like that "I'm going to have a night for the memory books to share with share with my grandchildren"
We then crossed the road and to our surprise there bearly a line at all as in 2 people talking to the security to get in. (it being a Tuesday makes sense really) they had jeans with a dark blue/black shirt on getting denied at the door, while standing behind them for a minute or so we locked tact and the gave us the up and down scsn with his eyes and said "this is a cash only event do you have any" we replied "yes" and he just pointed to the door.
Entering a room to pay entry for €15 and cloaking our phone because they aren't allowed inside (most clubs here have stickers over your camera policies however doing this is an extra precaution due to it being a very open kinky s*x friendly event)
I've experienced and saw multiple people have a real go as I like to say in all these nooks and crannies placed all around the venue.
All in all I'm not sure what the main point of this story is I guess it could be to stay open minded to the unknown and pushing past the comfort zone where you can't grow because you're not being challenged.
Anyway thanks for reading my Tedtalk if you actually read this far I would really appreciate if you commented a 🫶🏽 to acknowledge your participation.
I am also writing this after a long night with no sleep on a train inbound to Ludwigslust to catch a shuttle bus to Indian spirit festival.
Much love to you all, stay safe and keep being the best version of yourself🙏🏽💚
