Conditions on Friday were devastating and as a result there has been a large fire burning around Harcourt. Our thoughts are with anyone in the affected area and the amazing emergency services working around the clock.
Campbells Creek is on the opposite side of Castlemaine to the fire and affected area.
* As of yesterday (10-1-26) the fire has been downgraded to a watch and act. It is only burning within its current burn area.
Campbells Creek is not under direct threat or under any evacuation orders.
We will be monitoring the situation closely but at this stage the Collectables Fair will still run as normal. Roads in the Harcourt area have been impacted so if you’re planning to travel from that direction please keep an eye on road closures throughout the week. https://traffic.transport.vic.gov.au
