What a fantastic first day at Mid North Coast Markets, Cassegrain’s Winery!

I’ve come home feeling incredibly grateful. From the moment I arrived, the market coordinator was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

With a mix of sunshine, high cloud and just a light breeze, the weather couldn’t have been much better. It made for a very comfortable day for everyone.

A huge thank you to all the customers who stopped by, especially those who mentioned they’d seen my advertising on social media. It’s always great to put faces to names and have a chat with the people who support my small business. One lovely customer even surprised me with a sweet treat, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated!

I’m already looking forward to being back on 28th June. Stop by and say g’day — it’d be great to see you.

🔪✨ Saturday sharpening session complete! ✨🔪

This quality lineup of Scanpan, Global and Victorinox knives were on the bench this Saturday arvo. A little bolster work, a professional sharpen and some attention to detail have these blades ready to head back into Adam’s kitchen.

As always, every edge had to pass the Tally-O paper slicing test before being signed off. 👌💫

It was a Global-fest on the sharpening bench last night! 🔪✨
Two sets of premium Global knives received the PMSS treatment, professionally sharpened using the Swedish-designed, water-cooled, precise-angle, Tormek sharpening system.
Every knife passed PMSS quality control with flying colours, effortlessly slicing through Tally-O paper to ensure the sharpest edge possible. That's the standard I aim for on every job.
A huge thank you to Sue and Aimee for entrusting PMSS with your beautiful knives. It's always a pleasure working on quality tools that are built to perform.

This quality collection of Scanpan knives, a Curtis Stone carving knife and kitchen scissors arrived needing some attention. Every chip was carefully removed, each edge professionally sharpened, and everything is now ready to make light work of any task in the kitchen.
