We have ceased our manufacturing in Tasmania, but have now partnered with a reputable Melbourne based smokehouse. As always, our focus is on quality, local products, using natural ingredients whenever possible. Our highly sought after Dutch Rookworst (smoked sausage) has been manufactured since 1982.
