Gum going in! That’s 300 of our 400 Silver Gum planted, with hopes I’ll get the last 100 in the ground over the weekend, just as the weather starts to warm up!
These will grow to ~1m tall trunks, and the foliage cut for our posies over winter and spring each year once established 🌿

Silver Gum 🌿 (Eucalyptus crenulata)
This beauty is a staple in our native posies—especially through winter—but honestly, we use it all year round.
One of my big goals is to grow everything in each posie right here on the farm. Planting out this silver gum is a big step toward that, especially on the foliage front.

We're off! An exciting day as our very first posie delivery gets underway! We've been busy cutting our proteas earlier this week before the downpour up in Lenswood yesterday, putting together these bouquets this morning and now they're in store at a range of local cafes and shops around Adelaide's Eastern suburbs 💐
