How seriously cute is this? Who doesn't love cats, and if you embroider, then it's got the sweetest pattern and a selection of 10 threads. You could use it to create your own brooch, add to the corner of a hankie, on a patch to sew on a bag ... and if you're new to embroidering it is a lovely introduction.

I'm thinking it would be perfect for Christmas, a birthday, any reason to spoil the grandies, or kids!

Some absolutely lovely sashiko done by Keisha who works here in the BeBe Bold studio. This is a new hana f***n (sashiko sampler) by Hobbyra Hobbyre stitched with Olympus sashiko threads ST-139 and SL-7 - all available on the website.

A beautiful addition to the website are the Olympus Emmy Grande Bijou threads. This is an elegant fine lace-weight crochet thread featuring a subtle metallic lamé accent. Even though it *is* crochet thread, we've seen it used it for sashiko with great effect!

There's 10 beautiful colours to choose from all with a hint of sparkle, it's made from premium Egyptian cotton and metallic/polyester lamé by Olympus in Japan.
