⚱️🍵🏺WELCOME TO KANGABURRA POTTERY
Ive been a Potter/ Ceramic artist for over 20yrs. I have recently moved to Albany and in the process of setting up my studio where I will be conducting Pottery workshops for adults and children and participating in the Great Southern Art Trail. I studied ceramics at Rockingham & Perth Tafe in the past and have learnt many different techniques from Australian and International Ceramic artist while studying overseas.

I have been in a few exhibitions and have taught ceramics from my home studio in Manjimup & Margaret River before moving to Albany.

I am looking forward to joining the creative/art scene in Albany.

Feeling very happy and blessed to have been part of another amazing workshop at Gaya Ceramic in Bali. We learnt lots of soda firing techniques, tips and tricks from the lovely Stuart Gair and we made some great lifelong clay friends..my soda cup is full 🥰 and thanks to my amazing partner Mark for holding the fort while I was away..Love ❤️

Today was the loading of the "Bali Cat" soda kiln at Gaya Ceramic . We have been learning different techniques from soda firer Stuart Gair who is based in Ohio US. He expertly loaded our pots into the first of 2 firings and we will crank it up tomorow 🔥 let the fun and flames begin!!

I'm back in Ubud and about to do another workshop at Gaya Ceramic. It was so lovely to see my little earthy pot again at my favourite villa. It was a gift to my host from a previous workshop 7yrs ago and it looks right at home 🤎
