Unfortunately, since Friday morning last week, our website has been down, as a result we understand many customers have been unable to place or track orders that have been made.

Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to restore things and that there has been no compromise to any data security or privacy of customers accounts or payment information.

It was great to be able to get over to W.A. to appear at the Denmark Classic Boat Show alongside Straydog Boatworks. It was such an honour to contribute to their Petcha Chutcha series of talks and to meet so many of our customers in the region. We can't wait to be back in two years to see how much it grows.

Because we believe that even older deserves love too, and that quality should be cared for, in addition to our own protection system, we also stock a range of products by , for places where or might not be suitable.

One such example can be seen with this timber bench seat, at the Great Southern Memorial Park in Mount Cotton.

This bench was recently restored as new with the a simple one part treatment, that can be applied over clean dry timber, to restore colour stability and return moisture to the material, extending their life in exposed places.

The bench has been in the elements for years slowly losing its natural lustre and internal humidity, potentially risking damage from splitting and even if left unchecked over time

A single coat of Aussie Clear was applied to the surface after a light sanding was performed, then any leftover oil was removed after allowed to soak in for 1 hour.

The pictures show the result better than I can explain, and this bench should allow the visitors to be comfortable enough to share their time with their lost loved ones for many more years to come, with further maintenance being a simple reapplication.

Boatcraft would like to inform our customers that we will be operating on changed hours on Thursday the 3rd of July, 2025, to pay our respects to a family member of the Boatcraft Team.

We would ask those who knew Rhiike or engaged with him while he was here with his father to show care and compassion when paying respects, and ask for consideration for the changed hours.

Rhiikes funeral dates and time have been announced

On the 3rd of July 12:30 we will be starting our service to send Rhiike off

All are welcome to send the love prayers and say their respects; if you cannot attend we have a live stream viewing link which will live stream the funeral and you are free to watch there.

Thank you all for your kindness in this difficult time; he was loved by many and it brings comfort to know he how precious he was to so so many of us ♥️

We will have keep sakes for everyone to take home and a card and boards with everyone who donated to Rhiikes funeral fund on display ♥️

Boatcraft is safe, high and dry in the recent flooding so far, however we will remain closed to the public today, Monday the 10th of March.

Please do not attempt to visit us and especially do not cross flood waters.

We hope all our customers are safe and well and we hope to see you all on the other side of this.

Attention to all customers, due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred, Boatcraft Pacific will be closed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week.

Please do not attempt to visit our shop, we do not wish for anyone to put themselves at risk.

All orders will unfortunately be delayed and we will be unable to answer any calls or respond to emails during this time.

Pending other complications, we will re-open on Monday the 10th of March.

Check it out!

We have a new reseller near Logan Village.

New Earth Timber has just started stocking our Bote-Cote Epox-E-Glue and Luci-Clear Epoxy range and Purbond Polyurethane adhesives for timbercraft and woodworking.

Andrew has been using our Epox-E-Glue for a while now and he has nothing but great things to say about how easy it is to use, and its performance when applied to his pieces.

We've just set him up with a small range to start with, and if you've been interested in some very unique timbers, he's the guy to talk to, not just the same as every other slab man!

We're here at the Cooroora Woodcraft Show to show off just how easy it is to use our products.

Todays demonstration includes the Luci-Clear Coating Resin, and it's as easy as one, two, three.

Simply add 2 of Part A to 1 of Part B, mix until homgenous, and pour!

Coating Resin is great to protect memories, seal timber and it's high surface tension means that it can be flowed all the way to the edge producing a 1mm thick high-gloss finish, with ease.

We'll also be showing off Bote-Cote + Aquacote Clear System, Purbond rapid cure polyurethane adhesives, and Epox-E-Glue.
