La Petite Cuisine I am a qualified home baker and the scent of freshly baked lemon meringue tarts—rich, zesty, and decadent—instantly transports me to my happy place.

I'm a home cook, that has taken the next step in my culinary journey and studied patisserie at William Angliss in Melbourne. Much to the delight of my family, friends and colleagues I spend all my free time testing recipes and inventing new ones.
