It's been a while since I have shared anything on here. It's also been a while since I made these delicious little morsels. If you haven't made Brazilian Cheesepuffs before, put them on you to do list. Best bit is they are gluten free.
Also, last night was Pizza Night!!!! 🍕 🍕🍕🍕 Chicken and pesto on the left and Chorizo on the right 😋😋 I do love my Ovana, and I have seen there has been an upgrade of that too.

Sorry it's been a while, but life has been lifing. Anyway, here's a question for you, for which I am sure you will all have an answer to.

Is there a food or cooking method that always reminds you of someone special?

One of mine is Lemon Curd (or lemon butter). My Nanna taught me how to make it when I lived with her when I was 17. We made it so often that we didn't need a recipe. Now I make it in my Thermomix, which makes it so much easier, no constant stirring. Little luxuries are homemade lemon Curd on fresh white bread or toast, using the fine crystal (which was my Nanna's) as a fruit bowl and enjoying it on a sunny winter's morning while the rest of the world is buzzing about.

Pizza night tonight. It's been a while since the Ovana was fired up.
Can we just appreciate the perfect circle of my pizza dough? 1st time ever.
This one has 3 cheeses - cheddar, mozzarella, and feta, prosciutto, salami, olives, anchovies, cherry tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste.

Found THE BEST at in the Halls Head store deli section, and the soft yet chewy was from makes a perfect pairing 😋😋
