This is the stage that most don’t get to see. The design phase… It’s slow, but it’s needed.

Working within the brief, brainstorming layouts, contemplating structural changes (within codes), and having fun.

Once this phase is confirmed by the client, we can start drafting the complete plans, and then looking into finishes.

As we make a start on the inspired “Palm Beach” style, this home will reflect a sense of peace, warmth and contentment as the clients overlook the estuary views. While carefully selecting, we aspired to use textured finishes as layers applied to every space. As this allowed a grounded sense to their natural surroundings, we implemented accents of muted blues, greens and greys, drawn from the ocean.

With quite a few projects coming up, today we visited multiple showrooms in pursuit to find the perfect stone for the ideal spaces. I had to take pics of the slabs on display, some were stunning!

Grateful that we agreed on several options, we can now narrow it down to the ideal piece.

As overwhelming as it can be to find natural stone, it’s much easier to find the right piece due to the designer seeing the finished interior of the home in mind.
