I’m currently in training for Spinal Flow and will be opening my healing space soon. This work is all about helping the body release stored stress, restore balance, and support your nervous system so you can feel calm, aligned, and strong again.
While I complete my training, I am now offering support in other areas:
💪 Personal Training for Mums
If you’re feeling unsure about getting back into the gym, I can help you approach it with a clear, simple plan. I offer structured 8-week gym programs tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level.
🥗 Gym + Macro Plans
You can choose:
• A gym program only
• Or a combined gym and macro plan for those wanting guidance with nutrition and body composition goals.
🌿 1:1 Life Support & Reflection Sessions
I also offer one-on-one sessions for women who feel ready to look deeper at their life path, patterns, and past experiences. If you’re ready to face the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding, I can help you gently uncover blind spots, process what’s been holding you back, and move forward with clarity and strength.
This space is being created for women who are ready to heal, grow, and step into their next chapter — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
