My first week In Ireland has ended and there has been a mix of very Irish weather to lovely sunshiny days.
I brought some dehydrated sourdough starter with me as my brother LOVES my bread. Today I did a same day bake which I have never tried befor. Well I can now tell you it's still delicious 😋
