A thoughtfully curated material palette defines this serene retreat, where striking Ijen Blue Quartzite meets the timeless elegance of textured black oak joinery.
Selected for our client’s love of deep navy tones, the rich depth and movement within the stone create a bold statement of enduring beauty and durability.
Adjacent to the ensuite, a generous walk-in robe offers storage in abundance while maintaining a seamless connection to the ensuite and master bedroom . Natural light filters softly through high-level windows ,expansive skylights and large sliding doors , illuminating every carefully considered detail.
Here, the rush of everyday life gently fades away. A warm bath, a generous bed with beautiful surroundings creates a moment to simply pause — the ultimate in luxury.

Black oak custom joinery with detailed craftsmanship .
Every functional , practical storage is considered.
Behind bifolding doors there is a hidden spacious appliance and pantry cupboard that looks as good open as it does closed . The surfaces appear rugged yet stylish and sophisticated.
Designed for impact and thoughtfully to feel timeless and grounded.

This project celebrates a timeless era with a contemporary edge. After a considered pause for development approvals, this home has emerged as a true reflection of our lovely clients
Balancing their vision with a confident lean into our design direction enhancing the mixed architecture.

Bold and defined, the exterior standing seam cladding with crisp white brickwork creates a striking architectural presence.

The interiors are minimalist yet elegant, layered in a rich and refined material palette. A beautiful archway transitions the two era’s .
Leathered Negresco Quartzite anchors the kitchen, while Ijen Blue Quartzite brings depth and individuality to the bathrooms a nod to our clients love of navy.
Black oak joinery detailed with craftsmanship flows throughout, designed intentionally to feel timeless and grounded.

Embracing a moment of playful luxury with pink Cosmopolitan stone inlaid into the bar, ready for entertaining or intimate evenings by the fireplace.

The entire upper level is a luxurious master retreat, complete with a generous bedroom spanning views of the Harbour , walk-in robe and ensuite . Meanwhile, the basement focuses on health and wellbeing with day spa for the pooch.

There are so many beautiful moments and favourite images throughout as we slowly reveal this very special project.
Still in the restored federation space we celebrate the refined meeting of eras .
Reimagining this bathroom space created between two existing bedrooms .
Embracing and nurturing our clients love of Navy and rich joinery we selected a bold durable quartzite called Ijen Blue for all the bathrooms .
Forming a striking palette pulling on the dark veins with black oak paneled joinery .
It’s these intricate and layered details that capture the elegance of an era and connection to the contemporary large extension at the back of this home .
