Our booking process is designed to capture the atmosphere you want to create with your wedding day flowers.
We guide you through each step, removing any confusion, building trust and aligning your vision with design.

1. Enquire - Via our website or directly to our email, we review each enquiry and respond within 48hours. We check our availability and will send our calendar to book the initial consultation.

2. Initial Consultation - We discuss your design requirements, overall vibe and abundance to create your dream atmosphere. From this conversation we create a custom quote. All designs, colour palette and additions may still be added or adjusted.

3. Secure your date - Confirmation of a $500 retainer secures your date. Officially a Cottonflower Studio Couple!

4. Final Consultation - As we approach 10 weeks before your wedding day, we will book a final consultation to lock in all the dreamy details. Final design numbers, colour palette and additions are locked in. We will also gather getting ready and coordinator details for your wedding day. We will guide you through final steps and an inspiration board.

Now, relax knowing all your wedding day flowers are completely taken care of and they are going to be everything you dreamed of.

Lately we have had a lot of beautiful humans join our flowery world, and for those, I’m Ellie, the proud owner and creative behind Cottonflower Studio. What began as a dream from home in 2020 has now grown into our beautiful wedding & events studio, and in 2026 we’re continuing to expand in ways I once only imagined! ✨

My journey as a florist started back in 2014 with my very first wedding. Since then, this career has taken me across the world — from working as a florist in London to creating large-scale installations in Croatia and throughout Australia. Those experiences shaped my style and passion, and now I get to pour all of that into our space, bringing dreamy, story-filled florals to life every single week 🤍

Over the past few years, Cottonflower Studio has grown beyond weddings alone. We’re now working with the most incredible dream brides, dream events and an exciting range of corporate clients, creating everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale installations. We’ve also been so lucky to expand and grow our presence on the Sunshine Coast — a chapter that has felt both inspiring and deeply aligned with our vision.

Motherhood has added a whole new layer of meaning to both life and business — a constant balancing act, but one that fuels my creativity and purpose every day 🦢

And of course, our little corgi, Cotton — the heart behind the name Cottonflower Studio — is still by my side, always ready for the next adventure 🎀

🕊️Choose vendors who design! Your vendors will shape the overall experience.

🕊️Prioritise what matters most to you. For many of our couples, that’s atmosphere, flow and how the day feels.

Be honest—when’s the next time you are you going to create another event like this?

You’ve received two quotes from two different florists. 🕊️You asked for the ‘same items,’ but the prices are different.
