Formerly eats. Hi I'm Heather, a professional cook and food content creator, a former marketing executive and for 15 years I was a stay-at-home mum. I re-entered the workforce and changed my entire career in my late 40s. I live in Sydney (best beach and food city!) with my hubby and a schnauzer cross spitz (a Schitz!) called Lillie. I have three kids who have all flown the coop and whi

le I miss them desperately, I also enjoy being able to wander the house naked, the thrill of a continually clean guest bathroom and not having to decide what to cook for dinner every night unless I feel like it. You can find me on the beach, at a café with a coffee, on a barstool making friends over cocktails or (my fave place..) in front of a mini G&T in an uncomfortable aircraft seat on the way to anywhere, my phone open to IG food videos, wondering what to eat, where to go and what to do FOR THE NEXT COURSE…
