After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from my role as a Thermomix Consultant for the foreseeable future.

Due to some ongoing health challenges, I need to focus on medical appointments, treatment and taking care of myself.

I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful people I’ve met, the friendships I’ve made and everyone who has supported my little “Mix with Trix Thermie Kitchen” page. Sharing my love of Thermomix with you has brought me so much joy.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, encouragement and support. This may not be goodbye forever - just time for me to pause, put my health first and see what the future brings.

There’s something pretty special about watching a true master at work… and Gary certainly knows his way around a loaf! 🍞👏

Today’s bread-making masterclass was full of tips, laughs and the kind of knowledge that only comes from years of experience.

The exciting part? Gary and his lovely wife Sue now have a Thermomix® TM7 in their kitchen! 🎉 While I don’t think the TM7 can quite claim the title of Master Baker (Gary’s job is safe! 😉), it will definitely make all the mixing, kneading and dough preparation so much easier, leaving more time for the fun part… creating beautiful bread.

Thank you, Gary and Sue, for sharing your passion, your time and your wonderful sense of humour. Wishing you many happy hours (and delicious aromas!) in your kitchen with your new TM7.
