We are timber flooring company located in Sydney, fully licensed with over 20 years experience in flooring industry. We are also members of Australian Timber Flooring Association and we work closely with them on new training and updates in the industry. We provide full service in terms of timber floors with attention to detail. We can supply any type of timber floors also custom made, we install a

nd sand and finish, we work closely with our client to achieve their desired colours for their floors. We work with environmentally friendly finishes -hardwax oils or water based.

On site with and Architects—taking ceiling construction to the next level, literally.

This stage is all about precision: setting out curbs, detailing junctions, and making sure every line reads clean once the ceiling comes together. The curbs act as subtle transitions—framing the ceiling while allowing for crisp shadow lines and future services integration.

It’s one of those details most people won’t notice consciously, but it’s exactly what gives a space that effortless, streamlined finish. Behind the scenes, though, it’s all about coordination between architect and builder—drawings refined down to millimeters, on-site adjustments, and a shared obsession with getting it right.
