Homemade pork dumplings for dinner last tonight 🤤

Made the filling in the Thermomix, wrapped a big batch, popped half in the freezer and pan-fried the rest until crispy on the bottom and juicy in the middle.

Honestly homemade dumplings are way easier than they look! Having frozen dumplings ready to cook makes weeknight dinners so much simpler.

If you’ve never made dumplings from scratch, you should give it a shot 🥟
