Its time to say goodbye 👋

This has been a long time coming but it's time to say goodbye to dawnies creations.

Its been a while since I was in love with crochet, and a while since I last picked up a hook.

To end on a bit of a high note, I'm going to be selling off all my stock for cheap!

There will be 50% off crochet patterns on my etsy store from the 25th June 2025 till the 25th July 2025.

In the next few days I will be posting up stuff I have for sale on my page. These will include toys, beanies, blankets and even some yarn!

Its sad but it's definitely time to say goodbye 👋

Hi, I thought I would introduce myself again!

My name is Tessa and I live in a rural area in northern Tasmania, Australia...

I have been crocheting for over half my life, but started Dawnies Creations in 2018! Where I now sell and create my own crochet patterns and toys.

The name dawnie.... I get this question all the time, where does dawnie come from? Well one of my middle names is Dawn and growing up my sisters use to call me Dawnie, I thought I didn't want to use my first name and decided that I should use dawnie instead!

I have 2 (well 7, if you count the puppies) maltese shih tzu dogs, .shihtzu and I also have a cockatiel called Memphis. Plus around a dozen chickens!

I have a love for plants, and would love to get more but have ran out of room!

If you have any questions for me please feel free to ask!

I have a pattern testing email list, this is where I ask people who are willing and have time to test my patterns for me before I publish them.

I have people from all over the world test my patterns for me, which is pretty cool when you think about it!

My patterns are written in UK crochet terms, and mostly use a 3mm hook.
