When we started Lovr Designs, it would have been easy to say yes ✅ to every enquiry, rush every order, and cut a corner here and there to keep prices low. A lot of businesses do.

For the love of god, TRIM YOUR WICKS 🫩

Here is 5 reasons why:

1. Creates a cleaner, brighter burn
2. Helps prevent black smoke & soot marks
3. Stops the flame from getting too large
4. Makes your candle last longer
5. Helps the wax melt evenly for a better burn experience

The scariest thing on my To Do list is usually the most important one.

Building Lovr Designs from the ground up has taught me so much, but one of the biggest lessons has been this: growth lives on the other side of the thing you keep avoiding.

For me, that was showing up on camera. Speaking in rooms. Putting my voice behind the brand we’ve poured everything into.

Nobody tells you what it actually takes.

When I started this business with my mum Diana, I didn’t imagine we’d be hand ribboning 360 Lexus candles at 3pm, delivering to Mercedes-Benz showrooms, and still be in the warehouse at 8pm.

But here we are.

And honestly? This is exactly what I wanted.

Not the glamorous version of running a business that you see online.
The REAL one.
The one where your hands hurt from tying bows.
Where you deliver the order yourself because no courier can get there in time. Where mum is always the last one to stop working.

We built something from nothing.
A warehouse in Melbourne and creating magic for clients we genuinely love.
