Once your order is placed and paid for we will advise of a rough completion date and send you a design for approval. Orders will not be completed until full payment is made and you have approved the design. Refund policy: Our personal

ised product sales are final - We do not offer refunds on any personalised products unless the item is found to be faulty. If a fault is found we will request the item be sent back to us for investigation. A replacement will be offered. We do not accept change of mind.

We will be taking a little break in December and January. Our order cut off will be the 1st of December 2023. We will still be available until the 10th of December for you to collect your order.
