Luxury is in the little details.

In a busy family home, time spent in the laundry is inevitable, so why not make it a beautiful space of its own?

From sculptural marble to considered fixtures, even the four-legged family members haven’t been forgotten. A little luxury in every corner.

A little world of her own with a sense of timelessness that will grow alongside her. Sweetness, sophistication, and plenty of beautiful details.

Designed for a little girl this bedroom and ensuite brings a playful take on timeless design; where delicate florals, soft pinks and considered details come together to create spaces filled with personality and charm.

From the whimsical wallpaper and bobbin detailing to the richly veined marble, warm timber, venetian plaster and Swarovski crystal tapware, every element has been thoughtfully layered to feel both nostalgic and contemporary.

Design Development for stage 2 of our Park Orchards project. A home with mid century character, thoughtfully reimagined.

From the first conversations around the table to material selections, 3D modelling and the many decisions in between, every stage of this journey is about so much more than just creating beautiful spaces.

It’s about understanding the people who call them home. How they live, what they value, the memories they’ve made and the ones still to come.

We feel incredibly fortunate to be invited into our clients’ lives in this way. The trust they place in us to help shape their homes is something we never take lightly, and the relationships we build along the way are just as meaningful to us as the finished spaces.

For this home we are embracing the existing architectural character and introducing a new layer of warmth, personality and considered details. Rich materiality, playful moments and spaces designed to evolve.

A study in materiality, proportion and detail.

The kitchen, dining and living spaces at our Plenty home bring together natural stone, warm timber, soft
off-whites and strong architectural forms. Allowing the scale and structure of the home to be celebrated while still feeling warm, inviting and inherently homely.

In Construction - Abbotsford.

A character filled city retreat being brought to life by the team at Eltcon - We Build .

Long before construction begins, every element of the home is explored in detail; the spatial planning, stone, joinery, furniture, artwork and lighting.

For this apartment it has meant refining the layout, developing the spaces in 3D, viewing and selecting materials and sourcing artwork alongside the broader palette to ensure every selection feels cohesive, considered and impactful.

Because good design is never about one beautiful element in isolation. It is about how each decision comes together to shape the experience of the finished space, and how that space ultimately reflects the individual clients who have trusted us with their home.

After months of designing, detailing and refining, it’s incredibly rewarding to walk through a home and see our hard work coming together. Still a few finishing touches to come, but the vision is very much coming to life.

A private city retreat conceived as a place to become immersed in Melbourne’s cultural landscape, framed by uninterrupted Yarra River views.

Introducing Abbotsford, a space where warmth meets contemporary design through layers of texture, materiality and unexpected detail. Think polished stainless steel, pastel high-gloss cabinetry, micro-mosaic ceramic tiles, soft Venetian plaster walls and breathtaking natural stone.

Every space has been designed to have moments of feeling expressive and playful, while grounded in others, and deeply connected to the landscape beyond. This is truly going to be a special concept to bring to life.

One of the most rewarding parts of the building process is watching ideas evolve from concept sketches into beautifully crafted realities.

At our Plenty project, we worked closely alongside the pool designer to develop this incredible custom striped feature, a detail that feels both playful and luxurious, and one that has become such a defining moment within the overall design.

These outcomes are only possible when you have a team of people who genuinely respect, trust and support one another throughout the process. From clients, to designers, to trades and consultants, every collaboration and conversation contributes to the final result.

As selections evolve and installations begin, our role is to continually guide, refine and ensure every detail is considered with care. It’s this shared commitment to the vision that transforms a build into something truly special.
