Garden Party Charcuterie

This board feels like a whole edible flower garden. 🌻 Salami roses sit between cheese blossoms with blackberry centers, while folded prosciutto, mozzarella, crackers, grapes, tomatoes, cucumber, almonds, eggs, and fresh herbs fill in every corner. The little cheese roses and scattered purple flowers make it especially pretty for a gathering.

Gather these

Salami
Prosciutto
Swiss-style cheese
Cheddar
Mozzarella balls
Hard-boiled eggs
Crackers
Green and red grapes
Blackberries
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Almonds
Leaf lettuce
Fresh basil
Fresh rosemary
Edible flowers

Hosting Tip

Create the large salami roses and cheese flowers first, then place them across the board as anchors. Fill the spaces between them with folded meats, fruit, crackers, and nuts, saving the herbs and delicate edible flowers for the final touches.

🌹 Deviled Egg Salami & Cheese Flowers
🥚 Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs (halved)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
For decoration:
Salami slices
Cheddar cheese slices (or cubes)
Cucumber (thinly sliced into strips)
Toothpicks
🍳 Directions
Prepare the Eggs:
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
Make the Filling:
Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Fill the Eggs:
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Create the “Flowers”:
Fold salami slices into a flower shape and secure with a toothpick.
Do the same with cheddar cheese slices.
Insert the toothpick into the center of each deviled egg.
Add Leaves:
Fold thin cucumber slices into loops to resemble leaves.
Place them into the egg filling around the “flower.”
Assemble & Serve:
Arrange on a platter.
Sprinkle with herbs or paprika for garnish.
