Thomas Bentzen is a Copenhagen-based designer whose practice is grounded in functionality, craftsmanship and a considered approach to materials. His work explores how thoughtful details and simple forms can shape objects that are both useful and enduring, with a strong focus on the relationship between people and the things they use every day.

For Muuto, Bentzen applies this approach to the Linear Steel collection, translating the familiar language of indoor furniture for outdoor living.

Clean lines and softly rounded edges give the tables and chairs a light, contemporary expression, while folded steel construction brings strength and durability. Distinctive half-circular legs add a subtle graphic detail, giving the collection its recognisable character.
