🔥 Sunday's looking pretty good...
Pork belly is going in low and slow, and the sourdough is on the menu too! 🍞🔥
One classic loaf and one banana sourdough to see how it turns out. If the crackling is crunchy and the bread comes out with a good ear, I'll be calling it a successful day! 😎
