Sour Dough Bread. Ethan has been asking me if we could make our own Sour Dough Bread. After getting hold of some starter (Thanks to Boon and Denise), I finally learnt how to feed the starter.

It was quite a long process, but our first attempt was successful. It can definitely do with some improvement with folding the Dough to get more air bubbles in, but no complaints from the kids. 😊

Why not make your own rice flour just by setting your thermomix to speed 10 for 1min. Instant rice flour from rice grains.

How expensive is it to buy nut butter??

So much easier making your own. No added preservatives, salt or oil.

In 20sec you can instantly make your own nut flour, blitz for another 3-5mins and you have nut butter.

I normally like to add either Brazil nuts or macadamia nuts as they have natural oils.

Only bad thing is try not to eat it all in one go. 😜
