The heart of the home ❤️ We looove the layout in here, set beautifully for everyday living but also awesome for entertaining! Both having big families, for us having a space we can have everyone over & spill out into the backyard was a must!

You may notice most of our Reno’s follow the rectangular shaped KDL; we have found the flexibility in this layout meets our needs perfectly!

Before, during & after!

Hello bed 2, sitting in the existing house this was the original living room. We replaced the windows, reinstated the cornice to keep some of its original charm, got rid of the heater, built in wardrobes with a study nook and obviously replaced carpet & curtains! Looks just slightly different 😉
