🖌️ This transformation started with our **Professional paint stripping service**, carefully removing old layers to reveal the beautiful wood beneath. From there, we sanded, clear coated, and sealed to perfection.

Weathered and aged, these timbers bore scars of time—nail holes, saw marks, and deep grains telling stories of decades past. With a vision in mind and respect for the wood's legacy the gate wouldn't just be a barrier, it would be a symbol of revival, built to endure once more. The panels, tongue and groove slats milled from the same salvaged timber, slid into place like puzzle pieces from the past aligning perfectly with the present. The gate’s crown—subtle, elegant curves on the top corners—was carved last. Not just for beauty, but to show that even something as functional as a gate could hold character and grace.
This is a testament to craftsmanship and sustainability.

Sash Window Restoration - This solid timber sash window was in desperate need of repair and restoration. The sill was not able to be saved, so we used the 100-year-old Oregon timber from our yard to replace it with and it turned out a treat. The boxing also couldn't be saved due to the significant amount of timber rot, and we used Tasmanian Oak to replace it with. Great job and very happy client! ✨

This window was custom made and made out of recycled Silvertop Ash and painted in a clear varnish.

This door was removed from a house in Fitzroy built in the early 1900’s. The door was restored by pulling it all apart and putting it back to its original form. The customer liked the patina on this Huon Pine door so much he wanted a clear varnish to preserve the character.
