Overnight oats
Ingredients
* 1 cup oats
* Frozen berries
* 2 kiwis, sliced
* 1 banana, sliced
* Milk
* Chia seeds
* 1 cup dried nuts, seeds & sultanas
* Honey
* Cinnamon powder
Method�Start with ¼ cup oats, then add frozen berries, kiwi, milk, and chia seeds. Add ¼ cup dried nuts, seeds, and sultanas, then repeat the layers with another ¼ cup oats, berries, kiwi, and milk. Add another ¼ cup dried nuts, seeds, and sultanas, then repeat again with ¼ cup oats, berries, kiwi, and milk. Add another ¼ cup dried nuts, seeds, and sultanas, followed by a final layer of ¼ cup oats, berries, kiwi fruit, banana, chia seeds, and ¼ cup dried nuts, seeds, and sultanas. Finish with honey, cinnamon powder, and a little extra milk. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy cold the next day.
