Kuih Bingka is a traditional nyonya kuih made with grated tapioca and coconut milk infused with pandan leaves. It's baked to give a slightly burnt top crust, soft, fragrant, and naturally gluten free. A tea-time favourite. 🧡

💫CURRY PUFFS & SAGO GULA MELAKA💫

Learn to make party-size chicken potato curry puffs from scratch with a delicious crumbly shortcrust pastry — perfect for parties and entertaining guests. You will also learn to make the classic Malaysian dessert Sago Gula Melaka.

In this hands-on class, you will learn to:

• Prepare and cook chicken and potato curry filling

• Prepare shortcrust dough from scratch. Learn the rub-in technique to create a light, buttery and crumbly pastry

• Enjoy hands-on practice to fill, wrap, and learn the art of pleating the curry puffs

• Cook the curry puffs

Enjoy these much-loved Southeast Asian snacks and dessert that you made in class and take home extras. 🥟

It was a delight, running a cooking session with these amazing young children today 🥰
They were creative, making sushi, sweet and salty cookies, and finished the class with a delicious strawberry and chocolate milkshake. They also learnt to use chopsticks! 🥢

Hello friends, I'm so excited to share a piece of my heart with you. I'm launching my first Taste N See baking class, featuring one of the most loved Southeast Asian, the light, fragrant Pandan Chiffon Cake.🍰

I remember helping my mum in the kitchen every time she baked this cake when I was a young girl. It was also the very first cake I learnt to make! 🥣
