We have recently relocated and upgraded our systems, and we want to keep all our customers and suppliers informed.

Our new address is:
19/21 Eugine Terrace, Ringwood

Please note we are no longer located at 7/87–91 Heatherdale Road, Ringwood.

We have also upgraded our email services. Our new contact emails are:

Our previous email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) are no longer in use.

Our phone number remains unchanged.

This move and upgrade process has taken longer than expected, as we’ve been working through factory phone line installations and internet upgrades required to support our systems. Unfortunately, we also experienced several technical issues with our email setup.

Our email is now fully operational, and we will be sending updated contact details to all customers and suppliers shortly.

We sincerely thank you for your patience over the past month. We understand how frustrating it has been trying to reach us, and we apologise for the inconvenience. Much of the delay has been outside of our control due to service provider timelines.

We are nearly fully up and running and expect the remaining work to be completed shortly.

We’re still setting up and, unfortunately, it’s taking a bit longer than expected.

We’re also experiencing technical issues with our email and phone. Optus is on site working hard to get our lines connected.

We’ve officially moved!

Our new address is:
19/21 Eugene Terrace, Ringwood
(previously 87–91 Heatherdale Road, Ringwood)

We’re currently finalising the last parts of the move, and our phones and email should be fully back up and running within the next 24 hours.

We apologise for any inconvenience during this transition and appreciate your patience. We’re excited to be settling into our brand-new factory and look forward to continuing to serve you from our new location.

Big moves are happening and we’re levelling up!

We’ll be temporarily closed from Tuesday, 9 June to Monday, 15 June 2026 as we relocate to our brand new factory.

You’ll still find us at 87–91 Heatherdale Rd, Ringwood — with Unit 10 operating as our temporary main office while we get everything set up.

During the move, our phones and emails may be down or slower than usual, but we’ll be working behind the scenes and doing our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible.
