Got to love a warm day in Melbourne, suns out, smokers been running since 7am. Meat on at 8. Now five hours in and getting ready to wrap. Temp a cross 8 briskets is 15degc, highest 65 deg, and rendering down some fat for tallo. Thanks to Greg and staff Ta**us Fine Meats & Smokehouse for supplying these awesome briskets

Brandyn Paxton took delivery of 3 in 1 smoker on the weekend and is already turning out some great smoked meats. The lollipops turned out perfect and were a hit with his family. He loves the large cooking area and the ease of maintaining smoking temperatures.

Brisket Day. 6 briskets with 50/50 SP for rub. Smoked with Red Gum. Huge stall on one it took 14hrs. All 6 where rested in esky overnight about 8 hrs they only dropped temp to 65degc , so it was brisket for breakfast.
