Terrarium's are also know as Wardian cases they date back to 1827, invented by accident by Nathaniel Ward a doctor in London. But did you know as early as 500BC plants were kept under bell shaped glass jars for exhibit?

Who doesn't suffer from a little cushion craziness? Some tips to help you decorate;
1. Tie in the rest of the room by at least selecting 1 of the cushions to be the same colour as another piece within that room ie, painting, vase, statue, candle, frame, book...
2. Have a good mix of both patterned, textured as well as block colour cushions. (Avoid putting too many patterns together and stick to one style).
3. Try selecting cushions that are different sizes or shapes. To bring it all together make sure at least x2 cushions within that space are the same colour and material (but they don't always need to be the same size).
4. Remember cushions are there to add comfort and style not take over the whole bed or couch.

Happy Easter from INSIDE. What a great way to create a beautiful and inexpensive centre piece try these natural dyed real eggs, the ancient Greek way.
We made these with the family today, below are the instructions;
12 eggs, 1 stocking cut into 15cm lengths, 1 beetroot roughly chopped in a saucepan with water, brown onion outer shell only in a seperate saucepan with water.
Go into your garden and collect any interesting leaves, flowers or herbs. Wrap these around an egg, place into the stocking tieing a knot at each end. Place 6 eggs in one suacepan and the remaining 6 in the other, bring to the boil then lower the flame and simmer for 12 mins with the lid half on.
Strain water remove and cut open each stocking and here you have it a completely natural and dividual designer Easter egg. ENJOY
