Today is my mom’s birthday and it’s been four years now that we haven’t celebrated with her. So, I thought of making this terrarium to express how much I miss her and also to give life to my inner longing for her. It is a scene of her with her dog, Charmie, enjoying nature in her herb garden. Didn’t think terrariums have a way to connect us to each other, even to people no longer with us! Happy birthday Mama. If you were here, you’d smile at this little present coming from me. I love you!
