Enjoying listening to an audio book while making this is a great way to pass a Saturday evening. Despite winding today to get the rest of the bobbins sorted I am now most of the way down and will need to think about the next one

My 3 pieces of inspiration for the new surface pattern collection are currently on display at Art in the Park. I spent the day there looking after gallery and gift shop today and made great progress on my current piece to the point it is now finished and I am winding again only after finding a new cover cloth as the last one ended up with holes in both ends and has been retired to the rag bag
