⛄️🥶 WINTER = SOUP 🩵

Let’s quickly talk about table salt…

Most table salts contain anti caking agent 554 - who knew 🤷‍♀️

This is what Google says: Chemical Structure: It is a synthetic amorphous hydrated compound composed of varying ratios of silicon dioxide (SiO₂), aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃), and sodium oxide (Na₂O).

With the Thermomix you can mill your own natural salt and leave out the anti caking agents. Just grab a bag of rock salt.

You can even get creative and easily make your own flavoured craft salts

Combine coarse salt with fresh or dried ingredients (like rosemary, dried mushrooms, garlic, or citrus zest). Blitz on Speed 6–10 for 4 to 10 seconds.

Homemade rosemary salt is delicious on hot chips and chicken 😋
