One year behind this bar. 💚
Twelve months ago we took the keys, flicked the lights on and hoped a few people might wander up the driveway. You did. And then you kept coming back.
Thank you for the highs, and for sticking with us through the lows. For waiting patiently when the kitchen was slammed and the bar was three deep. For the first dates and the dinner dates, the birthdays, the wakes, the “just one drink” that turned into five. For bringing your dogs, your kids and your visiting in-laws.
And to our team, the ones pouring, plating, carrying and mopping long after the last car has left the paddock: none of this works without you. Not even close.
Here’s to year two. Same farm, same skull on the wall, a few more cocktails on the list.
